It is true that writing has been known to save lives, shift culture, and change the world. We all have a story, and we all have stories to tell (tragic, comedic, romantic -the whole gamut). Whether we channel those truths into fiction, or we shape those truths through memoir, I've designed this workshop to help you get started (or get started again) to push you to go deeper, to move through your fear, and find freedom both in the work, and on the other side of it. We will discuss style, voice, pacing, structure, character and story arc. We will meditate, read, write, share our work, and provide encouraging feedback to keep going. We will leave feeling more free, confident in our work, and inspired. I hope you will join me.
